Sneaker Artistry: Screen-printing Meets adidas’ Boost Technology
Adidas, in collaboration with Humanrace, is set to launch a new sneaker collection on November 27, 2023. Inspired by Pharrell Williams’ travels, this line introduces unique design elements and colorways.
The collection features five color options, each based on an Oatmeal-hued upper. Color variations are introduced in the heel with shades like Mint, Cacao, Pink Sea Salt, and a matching Oatmeal tone. A special Humanrace Green version is also included as a limited Friends & Family release.
Distinctive for its use of screenprinting and spray paint, the collection stands out by contrasting the upper with the sole. The sole itself incorporates adidas’ Boost technology for enhanced cushioning, coupled with a trefoil-designed rubber outsole for improved traction.
Designed with comfort in mind, the sneakers feature a knit bootie construction for a snug fit. Over time, the external canvas shroud is expected to adapt to the wearer’s foot, enhancing the worn-in aesthetic.
Priced at $230, these sneakers will be available globally through the adidas Confirmed App and select retailers, marking another milestone in the ongoing collaboration between the two brands.
This launch reflects the continued focus on innovative design and global cultural influences by adidas and Humanrace, bringing a fresh perspective to sneaker enthusiasts.
